This body is an examinational body that has the stern approval of the federal government. This programme was first introduced in the year 2014, in the month of April. It was finally approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria in the year 2013, in the month of December.
JUPEB’s governing board has the responsibility of conducting examinations for their candidates. The prospective applicants must have been exposed to a minimum of compulsory one-year courses approved in the different Universities’ Foundation. The candidates might as well possess Diploma certificate. JUPEB’s applicant must be seeking for Direct Entry admissions into University courses into 200 Level in Nigerian or foreign University that accepts the certificate as entry requirements.
The programme takes about 9- 10 months. As at the time of this publication, this timeframe is still valid. Summarily, JUPEB programme lasts for 9 months.
